Seaward was certified by ISOQAR with ISO9001:2000 standard in 2002.  Our products can sustain high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and are tested for 1000 hours in extreme operating condition to ensure typical ten years of product lifetime.  Seaward follows Quality Control procedures per industry standard to ensure failure rate of 200 ppm or less.  100% of our products are tested twice in the production cycle, once in the wafer form and another after packaging.  Thermal protection, internal power limiting, output current limiting, and other protection mechanisms are designed into our products whenever necessary.

Seaward has collaborated closely with ISO9001 certified world-renown foundries: ROHM in Japan, and UMC and AMPI in Taiwan.  With different processes from ROHM, UMC, and AMPI, we can customize our products to fulfill our customers’ application.  Seaward will always continues to expand its manufacturing allies to upgrade the quality and cost-effectiveness of its products.
